These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the eVehicleSafe website and the purchase of our products, including eVehicleSafe insulating gloves and electrical safety equipment.


By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

Products and Intended Use

Our products are designed for professional and industrial use, including electrical and EV maintenance work.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the product is appropriate for your specific task
  • Using the product in accordance with AS/NZS standards, workplace safety regulations, and manufacturer instructions
  • Inspecting gloves before each use and discontinuing use if damaged, expired, or compromised

Certification levels (Class 0, Arc, Composite) are valid only within the stated certification period and subject to correct use, storage, and inspection.

Certification, Registration, and eVehicleSafe App

Certain products can be registered and tracked through the eVehicleSafe App.

Certification periods (including 12-month certification) are provided by the manufacturer and do not extend beyond the stated expiry date.

Digital registration, reminders, and audit records are provided as a support tool only and do not replace manual safety checks or employer obligations under Australian WHS laws.

We are not responsible for failure to register products or act on expiry or inspection reminders.

Pricing and GST

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time prior to purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

​Orders are processed once full payment is received.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs or border delays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Returns, Refunds, and Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Due to the safety-critical nature of insulating gloves:

  • We do not accept returns for used, worn, registered, tested, or damaged gloves, unless required under the ACL
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

Proof of purchase is required for all returns or warranty claims.

Warranties

Products are supplied with applicable manufacturer warranties.

Warranties do not apply where damage results from:

  • Improper use or storage
  • Failure to follow instructions or safety standards
  • Alteration or unauthorised testing

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of Liability (to the extent permitted by law)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eVehicleSafe is not liable for:

  • Injury, death, or property damage arising from misuse or failure to follow safety requirements
  • Indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business or profits

Where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL, our liability is limited to:

  • Replacement of the goods, or
  • Refund of the purchase price

Workplace Health and Safety Disclaimer

Our products assist with electrical safety but do not eliminate all risk.

Employers and users remain responsible for compliance with:

  • Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations
  • Safe Work Australia guidelines
  • Applicable Australian Standards
Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and product descriptions, is owned by eVehicleSafe or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

You must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.
Data collected through the website or eVehicleSafe App may be used for order processing, compliance tracking, and customer support.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia​ shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
